Live @ Keeneland – Thursday, October 20
October 20th, 2011By Jude T. Feld

2nd Race) LEE CHAPEL has been rushed to vie for the lead in his recent starts. His lone victory came when he was allowed to settle and make a big run. Trainer Ian Wilkes switches to patient jockey Julien Leparoux this afternoon and that will make a big diffence to this well-bred son of Ghostzapper.
3rd Race) TOTEMTALE ran the best race of his life in his debut at Keeneland. The son of Touch Gold has been unplaced since that event, but worked extremely well over the Polytrack on October 14, breezing a half-mile in :47 3/5 and galloping out in :59 3/5. Look for his best race ever.
6th Race) Trainer Phil Sims had DON’T TELL SOPHIA on a nice roll until he ran her in the Pucker Up (G3) at Arlington Park, where she faced the likes of Marketing Mix, who finished second in the Queen Elizabeth (G1) last Saturday. There are no fillies of that caliber in this field. The daughter of superhorse Congaree has posted three excellent workouts at Keeneland since that race and should rebound to her good form here.
